In order to ensure that costs are kept to a minimum and sites delivered within 1-2 weeks, we work to the following process
Client produces the complete
site text.
Client supplies any logos and other art
work that they would like to have incorporated into the
site.
Client provides links to 3-5 sites that
reflect their presentation requirements.
Swiftpro will produce three separate
sites as jpg?s for the client approval and selection.
Once the client has selected a base design,
50% of the agreed fee becomes payable by the client to
Swiftpro.
Swiftpro will produce the complete site
in HTML, and host it for the review period. Then the web
team update the site with the client text and any changes.
Once the changes have been implemented
and the client has reviewed the site, the site is ready
for release. The balance of the agreed fee is invoiced
and payable at this stage. Swiftpro will then provide
the client with the HTML code along with all images and
with instruction on how to upload the site to their web
server.
Optionally the client can receive 1/2 days
training in Macromedia Dream weaver, and will then be
able to maintain the site themselves for minor changes.
