Terms & Conditions

  1. By making a referral you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  2. The Swiftpro Paid Referral Scheme is only open to companies and individuals (over the age of 18 Years) within the UK and European Union boundaries, except employees of Swiftpro Ltd. and their families.
  3. Commissions will be paid by Swiftpro company cheque in £GBP on a monthly basis. Commission will be paid in €EUR by arrangement only.
  4. Commission fees are calculated at 5 percent of the number of user licences sold for the following recruitment software products only: CVPlus Visual.
  5. Commissions only apply to referrals of new business. No commission will be paid for referring an existing Swiftpro client, or a prospect that has had contact with Swiftpro within the previous 95 days.
  6. Only first referrer per referred party will receive payment from Swiftpro Ltd.
  7. Commission is calculated only as a percentage of the end purchase price, which is subject to variation.
  8. Referrer commissions will only be due payment once the agreed price of new user licences has been paid in full.
  9. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, partnership or affiliate schemes operated by Swiftpro Ltd.
  10. Swiftpro Ltd. reserves the right to exclude any individual or company from the 全wiftpro Paid Referrals Scheme' at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
  11. Swiftpro Ltd. reserves the right to change, limit, or modify the 全wiftpro Paid Referrals Scheme' rules, regulations and commissions at any time without prior notice.
  12. The decision of Swiftpro Ltd. in all matters relating to the 全wiftpro Paid Referrals Scheme' is final and binding.
  13. Participants must be prepared to co-operate with any publicity arising from the 全wiftpro Paid Referrals Scheme'.
  14. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

 

Confidentiality Statement:

All referral lists are the property of Swiftpro Ltd, and the information contained therein is confidential. Swiftpro Ltd. undertakes that referral information, either in whole or in part, will not be reproduced or disclosed to any third parties and will only be used for new client acquisition purposes as stated in the 全wiftpro Paid Referrals Scheme' terms and conditions. Swiftpro Ltd. may release information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (1) comply with UK law; (2) in accordance with Data Protection Act 1998; (3) protect the rights, property and safety of Swiftpro Ltd., our clients, or others. Swiftpro Ltd. shall not be liable for any errors or omissions.
