Achieving Certification
To become a Certified Solution Provider, your company needs to become accredited by Swiftpro. The certification is completed to validate knowledge and skills required to install, configure, troubleshoot and train users of Swiftpro products.
After acceptance, Swiftpro will provide free training to staff specifically selected by your company. Once they pass the exam in relevant areas, your company becomes certified as a CSP. Areas of certification include solution consulting, installation, training, technical support and data conversion.
